Quality Assurance

Quality Management of FYD PAC develops from experience and passion, mainly be performed by QC department, which consists of 10 professional technicians and a team of numerous inspectors being in charge of the inspection of each production process. 
From the past years¡¯ experience, the company gradually built up the records of all types of defects on almost all kinds of paper bags and boxes, non-woven bags and formed our own Quality Manual¡­In addition to be in accordance with ISO:9001 system and our own Quality Manual, the company advocates the concept of ¡°each person of FYD PAC is QC member¡± and gets quality guarantee into the heart of each FYD PAC people

Quality control in brief:

The company conducts strictly the following steps to check each of our jobs.
In printing. 
Printed paper will be checked piece by piecebyQC staff after printing, to makesure good printed sheets without defective spots and inconsistent colors goes into next production stage.
In and after die cutting, hotstamping, lamination
Beside random check in running of machines by worker, QC staffs conduct quality checking after completion of production process, to assure that all workmanship were well done in lines with register marks.
In each post-production lines.
At the end of each line, before packing into cartons, products will be ckecked one by one by QC staff. Even at each sub-contractor, the end of each line will be our QC who is in charge of checking.
Before shipping. 
a random test of proportion ranging from 3% to 5% will be conducted.
And furthermore, the company built up feedback collection system. Each feedback from customer will be recorded and conveyed to the related Departments, which will make necessary changes accordingly for future sales or production.
Step by step the company set up their own operation system of Prevention first and strict controlling, and keeps an abiding belief that we will learn from every advanced management system in the world to optimize and improve our own operation system and to insure our products reliable.
